Ok, you NEVER need to talk about anything you don’t want to in a session with us. That’s just sensible (and good manners). We’re not here to upset you. But if you’re comfortable talking about hard things in the past, it not only lets us know what TCM organs are involved (kidneys deal with old fear, hear with old anxiety, etc.) but it also gives us a roadmap of which old patterns can be shifted – and that’s a good thing.
